The official website of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has been hacked.
Now, the www.inecnigeria.org url, is displaying the name of the hackers Nigerian Cyber Army, who have posted their own message on the site. The group also posted a cartoon of President Goodluck Jonathan and General Muhammadu Buhari, on a football field.
Mr. Kayode Idowu, Press Secretary to INEC chairman confirmed the incidence in a text message to www.www.aso.rocks search engine.
“Hacked will be up soon,” Idowu’s text read.
